Hey pal, how about mentioning the rst of us Sarasota Realtors who show and sell homes on Bird Key. I'd be just as happy as any other Realtor to show snowbirds the gorgeous homes on Bird Key.
We bought our waterfront home on Bird Key 3 yearsw ago and even though its now worth just a bit less than we paid for it, we are still just so glad we made the move from New Jersey to here when we did. And... prices seem to be on the upswing again so if you're thinking about looking here, better get here quickly.
I love Bird Key but I have to admit that Lido is equally attractive to snowbirds. How about writing a post about Lido Key next.
Bird Key is about as beautiful a spot as there is on the Florida West Coast. My clients fall in love with the place as soonh as I show it to them.
And, there are real real estate bargains there right now.
